Wilma S. Pittman, 77, passed away on February 12,2024. Wilma was an active member of White Oak Church of Christ.

Wilma was best known as a loving mother to her two sons and for her wonderful smile to all she came in contact with.

In the summer time she enjoyed watching the Braves and Cubs play baseball but she especially enjoyed time with her beloved grandchildren. Wilma was a 1964 graduate of Red Bank High School. Wilma spent the majority of her professional career as the elementary and high school secretary at Boyd-Buchanan where both of her sons graduated. She then spent several years as the office manager at Crye-Leike reality downtown and then finally retired from EPB Credit Union after five years of service.

Wilma was preceded in death by her father Harrison Smith and mother Mary Sue Smith.

Wilma is survived by two sons, Michael (Amy) and Scott (Courtney), sister Kathy Hamill and two grandchildren Andy and Amelia.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 19 from 11: 00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Home, 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN 37343.

A graveside service will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East at 4621 Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37411.
