Jo was a long time member of United Church of God.

She was born in Cleveland Tennessee, November 14, 1940 and died at her home February 14, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Zelvia Inez Phillips; father, James Phillips; brothers, Charles, Hoyt; sisters, Virginia and Edna.

She is survived by husband of almost 53 years David Mink and daughter, Joanna Beth Mink and brother, James T. Phillips of Cleveland TN.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 12:30pm at Hamilton Funeral Home on Hixson Pike with Rick Beam officiating.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 11:00am to 12:30pm prior to the funeral service in the chapel.

Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
