Anthony "Tony" Smith, AKA Daddy, AKA Big T, AKA Big Tone, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2021 at the young age of 47 with his wife and his best friend of 42 years, Josh Steinfeld, by his side.

He was met by those who preceded before him, including his parents, Charlie Smith and Linda West and no doubt his beloved dog, Toyen who could not wait to show him around.

Tony is survived by his wife of almost 19 years, Kelly, and their two beautiful children, Jonah (14) and Molly Kate (11).  He is also survived by his brother, Robby Morancy (and family in Vermont), his favorite cousin, Scott Stagnone (Arizona) and Sister-in-law, Kristen Hardy (and family in Tennessee).  In addition to his immediate family, Tony leaves behind an incredible extended family and many, many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Westin Hotel, 800 Pine St, Chattanooga, TN.  The family will receive guests from 5:00-6:00 with the service following.

In lieu of flowers, please pray that the Red Sox have a winning season or send a donation to the Jimmy Fund (jimmyfund.org) in Tony's name.  He would appreciate either or both.
