Sherry "king" Hixson, 58, of Hixson TN, Passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022.

She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed going to garage sales, playing bingo, and spending time with children an grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Joe King Sr.; mother, Mildred "sunderland" King; four sisters and one brother.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years Charles F. Hixson; daughters, Jessica "Letson" and Amanda Hixson; son, Charles A. Hixson; siblings, Tommy Joe King Jr., Kimberly Nale, Richard and Jimmy King  and six grandchildren, Leland, Bentley, Cassie, Mercedes, Hayden, and Kaleb and several nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, March, 4, 2022 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service in the chapel of Hamilton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Friday March 4, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

Pallbearers will be John Terry, Charles A. Hixson, Leland Hixson, Brandon King, Howard Hixson, and Jr Letson.

Interment will follow at Hixson Cemetery.
