Richard Francis Tonsberg, 90, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at a local long-term memory care facility.

He was born June 10, 1930 in Flint MI, but grew up in Dorchester, MA.  He is retired IBM computer instructor and an U.S. Army Veteran.  Preceding him in death were his parents and identical twin brother, Robert.

He is survived by his daughter, Laurie Jean Shipley and son, Richard (Gail) Tonsberg; granddaughters Katie (Edwin) Mitchell; Keli (Marcus) Cooper and 5 great-grandchilden.

He will be interned with his beloved wife of 53 years, Claudia, in the Florida National Cemetery.
