Reverend Bobby Ray Chapman, 73, of Hixson, Tennessee departed this life on December 10, 2021.

He was a retiree of Norfolk Southern Railroad and a Veteran of U.S. Army serving in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant daughter, Anita Chapman and a son, Robert Chapman.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Annie Chapman;  three sons, Gary Ray Chapman, Kelly Joe Chapman and Tracy (Jackie) Collins; daughter, Kimberly Kennedy; two brothers, Herschel Chapman & George Chapman both of Trenton, Ga.;  three sisters, Reba Dutton, Kimball, TN, Martha Love, Lafayette; Mary (Joe) Harrison, FT. Payne, Alabama; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 17, 2021 at Redemption of the Nations Church with Bishop Kevin Wallace officiating.  Interment will be in National Cemetery with Military Honors at 1:30 P.M.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 A.M. till 11:00 A.M. at the Church.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Bob's favorite charity, Jewish Voice Ministries International, P.O.Box 31998 Phoenix, Arizona 85046-1998.
