Phyllis M. Brown, 73, of Signal Mountain, TN passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020.

She was born in Palmer, TN, and preceded in death by her parents; Harley and Omalee Tate; two sisters, Patsy Barnette and Betty Worley; one brother, Don Tate.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, John R. Brown; son, Thomas D. (Tien Ly) Brown; sister, Rena (Randy) Hampton; brothers, Keith (Mona) Tate, Dwight (Linda) Tate; several nieces, nephews and friends.

A graveside service will be held at Chattanooga National Cemetery on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (EST) Reverend Charles Barrett officiating. Please be in line at the National Cemetery at 10:45 a.m.

There will be no public visitation.
