Nathan Jerry Collins,43, passed away in his home, in Hixson, TN on December 2, 2020.

Nathan served time in the Army and was the father to two children.

Nathan is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Collins and his sister, Emily Collins Cox.

He is survived by his mother, Melba Collins; Daughter, Kailyn Danielle Collins; son, Riley Nathan Seth Collins; nephew, Zackery Cox and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A military honors ceremony will be held in Nathan's honor on December 29, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Disabled Veterans National Foundation at 460 Forbes Blvd. Suite # 130, Lanham, MD 20706.
