Nancy Anne (née Vasen) Gross passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in Soddy Daisy, TN, at the age of 94.

Nancy is beloved by her family and many friends. An avid bridge player, she relished every opportunity to play and loved to win even more. She enjoyed volunteering for her church as a Eucharistic Minister and money counter when she wasn't cooking, baking, or hosting. Having lived in Iowa, Arizona, and Tennessee, the joy she brought to friends and family spans many decades and even more miles.

Nancy will always be remembered for the happiness and warmth she brought to everyone whose life she touched. Her family will tell stories of their best and most treasured memories of her for years too.

Nancy was loving, brave, and generous. She could find humor in any situation and loved to laugh. She had a remarkable gift for making everyone in her life feel particularly and uniquely special to her. This extraordinary mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend will be missed and remembered every single day.

The funeral mass will be held at 1 PM Friday, June 12, 2026, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 10768 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379, with inurnment immediately following.
