Marvin Pierce Everett Jr. passed away on December 6, 2023 at 4:00PM, just a few days shy of his 76th birthday, December 9, 1947.

Pierce was one of those rare people that walked the earth. He had the ability to see beauty in the things around him, and he was the most positive person you would ever meet. He had a big heart that was open to enjoying this adventure of life to the fullest. He loved the water, loved sailing and was never without a boat! He was a well-respected writer, artist, and musician. He could captivate an audience with his storytelling skills, and he had a real talent for cooking. If you were to measure a life by the number of friends someone has, he hit the lottery.  If you met him, you liked him. Those of us who loved him are left with a large hole in our hearts where he used to dance and sing. Wherever he is right now, I can guarantee you, he is making the most of it.

He is survived by his much adored wife, Bebe, sister, Sally, and brother, Kent Carlos (Jeannie).
