Martha Wanell Woodward, 85, of Chattanooga, died on Monday, August 24, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years James Woodward; father, Dewey Lipscomb, mother, Bessie Lipscomb of Ethridge, Tennessee, one sister, Mary Lou Gunselman of Nashville, Tennessee, two brothers, D.B. Lipscomb, Jr. of Charleston, SC, and Bruce D. Lipscomb of Nashville, Tennessee and her beloved pet Rocky.

Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Woodward- Krum and husband Greg Krum; two grandchildren, Sean Krum and Todd Krum, one great grandson, Chandler Krum, one niece, Lynda Lipscomb Scarborough of Charleston, SC, and one nephew, Stan Gunselman of Nashville, Tennessee.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 pm EDT, on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at John Lay Cemetery in Ethridge, Tennessee.

No visitation will be held at the funeral home.
