Lindsey Albert Kirk JR. of Hixson, TN passed away April 26, 2022. He was born November 23, 1932 in Sarah Ann, West Virginia.

Lindsey served in the United State Airforce, then worked for and retired as a Director from the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE).  He enjoyed golf, running and working out and keep up with his health. Lindsey was a loving husband and family man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Lindsey is preceded in death by his parents, Lindsey Albert Sr. and Corrine (Frazier) Kirk, brothers, John, Victor and Dana Kirk, sisters, Anna Hall and Dorene Lenoard.

Lindsey is survived by his wife of seventy years Mrs. Sue (Dowdle) Kirk, daughters, Kathryn Kirk and Elizabeth Southern, brother James Kirk, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Entombment will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery at a later date.
