Linda Faye Kennedy, 74, of Hixson, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2020 in a local healthcare facility.

Linda was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and was the wife of the late George M. Kennedy and was preceded in death by her parents, Carl & Cora Brown Copeland.  She retired from Life Care Center of Red Bank.

Survivors include her son,Tony (Susan) Kennedy,grandchildren, Mandi (Jeff) Roberts;Kevin & Kyle Kennedy; great grandchildren, Sarah Anna, Thomas & Ella Roberts; several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held 12 Noon Wednesday, July 22, 2020 in the Hamilton Funeral Home chapel with Reverend David Smith and Reverend David Stancil officiating.  Interment will be in National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. -12:00 Noon Wednesday at the funeral home

The family would like to thank the staff of Life Care Center of Red Bank.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Sequoyah Baptist Tabernacle.
