Linda Archer, 79, of Hixson, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.

She touched countless lives throughout her nursing career. She never said no to an outlet mall, a cat, or a grandchild. She was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, and a champion of underdogs. She was funny, irreverent, adventurous, and lived life by her own rules.

Survived by her sister, Beverly Stinson (Ronny); children, Jerrietta Archer, Gretchen Smith (Marvin), and Steve Archer (Celia); grandchildren, Connie Archer Lampe (Eric), Garrett Johnson, Laura Henley-Hagemeyer (Peter), Katie Kiser (Tim), Sam Smith, and Samantha Archer; and great grandchildren, Worth Kiser, Bree Lampe, and Phips Kiser.

Special thanks to Life Care Centers of Red Bank, to nurses Crystal and Hope, to The Hardest Working Woman in America, and to Barbara Scott, Lisa Rogers, and Tonya Johnson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her honor be made to The Alzheimer's Association or Life Care Centers of Red Bank.
