Judith Ann (Rudder) Fowler. 79 years old.

February 2nd, 1942 - May 20th, 2021.

She was married 57 years, together 60 years with her most caring and loving husband, William H. Fowler (Bill Fowler), both Chattanooga natives. Together they have three children and four grandchildren.

In the early days at Siskin Rehabilitation Center, Judy was there helping autistic and speech and hearing impaired children.  Later she worked at Valley Psychiatric hospital teaching conjunctive therapy.

Judy was an avid animal lover and cared for hundreds of animals during her life.She was an extraordinary and prolific artist who was quick to share her talents and work with her family and friends.  Judy was a beautiful intuitive soul, a wonderful mother, grandmother and a dedicated and loving wife.

Although we will miss her love, kindness and wisdom, we are at peace knowing she is at peace in the loving arms of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ and free from pain she endured for so long.

Her Children are Shawn Fowler, Kim Fowler and Paige Fowler.  Her grandchildren are Reese Fowler, Kyndra Fowler, Jago Miller and Caius Miller.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Arthritis Foundation.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 27, 2021 in the funeral home chapel. With Reverend Josh Kilbourne officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral Home.
