Helen Tinker McClendon, 85, passed away peacefully at home on February 19, 2021 surrounded by her daughters and all of her grandchildren.

She was a life-long resident of Chattanooga, TN and a graduate of Kirkman Technical High School. After teaching herself accounting and working for several companies in Chattanooga, she retired from the Krystal Company's corporate office in 1998. Within a couple of years, she returned to work. She stayed busy working 40hrs a week at the Goodwill Store in Hixson until she was 80yrs old.

Helen is survived by her 3 daughters, Debbie Grime, Kelley Eblin, and Crystal Taylor. She had 6 grandchildren, Blake McClendon, Brett Taylor, Ryan Taylor, Brianna (Grime) Waddle, Bayleigh (Eblin) Lowe and Allison Eblin. She also had 12 great grandchildren…she loved them all equally and unconditionally! Nothing made Helen smile more than to be surrounded by the ones she loved and adored.

Good-byes were said by the family at a private gathering.
