Charles "Charlie" Bo Shirley was rocked into heaven by his mother and father and entered the arms of Jesus on August 25, 2022 at 1:47am.  Charlie was deeply loved,  cared for, and prayed for throughout his resilient 4 and a half month journey by his family, friends, community, and especially the loving staff of the Erlanger NICU and PICU.

He is survived by his loving parents, Katie and Asa Shirley, and his awesome big brother, Ace. He is also survived by his grandparents, Dr. Duncan and Scottie Shirley and Mr. Craig and Melanie Morris.

The Celebration of Life for Charlie will be Saturday September 3, 2022 at 12pm in the Vine at First-Centenary UMC.  The family will receive friends from 10am-12pm in the same location.  Revs. Mark Gooden, Barry Kidwell, and Will Lauderback officiating.
