Carolyn E. Case, 85 of Bridgeport, AL, died on Thursday, May 1, 2025.

Carolyn was a member of Snowford Church in Bridgeport, AL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jame sand Eliza (Denson) Goins and two beloved sisters, Diane McCombs and Shirley Cannon.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Jerry D. Case; daughter, Jamie (Whittemore) Fletcher and her husband, Ronnie; son, Bruce Whittemore and his wife Cindy; six grandchildren, Erik Turner, Richard Whittemore, Byron Whittemore, Jenifer Smith, Amber Collins and her daughter, Audrey Myles, and Candice Fletcher; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Goins and Tommy Lee Goins; four sisters, Dorothy Harris, Debbie Plott, Rose Hayes and Loretta Lunsford; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12 – 8 PM Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the funeral home.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 PM Monday, May 5, 2025, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Grant Stanley of Friendship Baptist Church officiating.  Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
