On Friday, May 12, 2023 Aubrey Harry Ducker Sr, loving husband and father of three children, passed away at age 82.

Aubrey was born May 19, 1940 in Chattanooga TN to William & Edna Ducker. He graduated Red Bank High School in 1958, earned his Bachelor's degree in 1962 and his Master's in Education from Tennessee Tech University in 1968. He taught drafting at Hampton High School, Hampton VA and Hixson High School, Chattanooga TN. He was a draftsman for various companies including Cominco American Inc, and TVA, as well as host of Shady Rest Campground on Signal Mtn, where he lived most of his life. On Dec 28,1962 he married Elizabeth Bollinger.  He was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church where he participated in the Choir, Brotherhood Men's Ministry, and other ministries.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Anderson and Edna Holloway Ducker, brothers and sisters, William A (JR), Agnes, Herman, Glenn, Lydia, and Brenda.

Aubrey is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth B. Ducker, brother, Newell, sister, Wilma, daughter, Susan Foster (Jeff), sons, Aubrey Harry Ducker Jr (Laurie Weatherford), Anderson H. Ducker (Holley), grandchildren, Carolyn Ducker, James Riley Ducker (Lindsey), Gates, Benjamin, Jacob Foster, Patrick and Seth Ducker along with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 26, 2023 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Hamilton Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Saturday May, 27, 2023 from 11:00am until funeral service time at 1:00pm in the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place at Sawyer Cemetery located on Signal Mountain following the funeral ceremony.
