Antonio Ayala, 87, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025, surrounded by his family at his home in Hixson.

Antonio was born July 8, 1938, to Luis Ayala and Victoria Luna in Mexico City, Mexico.  Antonio spent his working years in Mexico and the United States.

He was married to Maria Concepción Morales for 67 years, having seven children: Victoria, Antonio, José Luis, Genoveva, Jaqueline, Juan Manuel and José Ayala, twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass to honor his life will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 11 AM. at St. Jude Catholic Church, 930 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga TN 37415.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Chattanooga Dialysis Center, Hwy. 58, for their compassion and care.
